Former Newnan High School standout KK Madrey played on Sunday, May 18 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division I Softball Championship

On Sunday, May 18, former Newnan High School standout KK Madrey’s current collegiate team the Liberty Lady Flames won 6-5 against the Texas A&M Aggies in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship.

The game took place at Davis Diamond at 7:10 p.m. and was the third matchup against the Texas A&M Aggies in the tournament.

The Liberty Lady Flames’ next game will take place on Friday, May 23 at 7 p.m. at Jane Sanders Stadium.
