Former Northgate High School standout Hannah Smith played on Thursday, May 8 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division II Softball Championship

On Thursday, May 8, former Northgate High School standout Hannah Smith’s current collegiate team the Flagler Saints lost 1-5 against the Wingate Bulldogs in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at FMU Softball Stadium at 6 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Wingate Bulldogs in the tournament.

The Flagler Saints’ next game will take place on Friday, May 9 at 4:05 p.m. at FMU Softball Stadium.
