On Saturday, May 17, former East Coweta High School standout Avery Brown collegiate team wins in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship

On Saturday, May 17, former East Coweta High School standout Avery Brown’s current collegiate team the North Georgia Nighthawks won 8-2 against the Belmont Abbey Crusaders in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Abbey Yard at 4:05 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Belmont Abbey Crusaders in the tournament.

The North Georgia Nighthawks’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 7:30 p.m. at Abbey Yard.
