On Thursday, May 29, former East Coweta High School standout Katie Taylor collegiate team loses in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship

On Thursday, May 29, former East Coweta High School standout Katie Taylor’s current collegiate team the Tennessee Lady Volunteers lost 3-4 against the Oklahoma Sooners in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship.

The game took place at Devon Park at 1:50 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Oklahoma Sooners in the tournament.

The Tennessee Lady Volunteers’ next game will take place on Friday, May 30 at 6:05 p.m. at Devon Park.
