The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Kevin Cooke, Kevin Cooke for Congress, Inc., refunded $400 to Lydia Hallmark on March 13, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Kevin Cooke for Congress, Inc. refunded $400 total since October 1, 2019.
