Third-dose Pfizer Vaccine Clinic
The COVID-19 vaccine is the best way to protect yourself, your loved ones and your community.
Following the most recent CDC guidance, Tanner’s opening third-shot boosters to:
• Anyone 65 or older
• The immunocompromised
• Anyone at risk of COVID-19 exposure, including healthcare workers
All third-dose boosters must be past six months since your last vaccine — so your last dose had to be in January, February or March — to get a booster.
Third-dose boosters have only been approved for the Pfizer vaccine.
If you received Moderna or the single-shot Johnson & Johnson, please wait for more information. These are pending approval for additional doses.
First- and second-dose vaccinations will also be available.
Please bring with you proof of age and residency (such as a driver’s license or ID card), as well as your vaccination record card.

How to register
- Choose a time slot below for your registration.
- After selecting a time slot, click "Check Out" to complete all required fields.
- Once you complete your fields, click "Continue" to review your information.
- Once you review, click "Confirm Registration."
- If you registered successfully, you should immediately see an on-screen "receipt" and receive an email confirmation within approximately 15 minutes. To expedite your appointment check-in, please print and complete the registration form included in your confirmation email.
