This webinar will be held online using Microsoft Teams.
Brought to you by Tanner’s Get Healthy, Live Well, Diabetes 101 is a two-hour introduction to type 2 diabetes, discussing the risks of the disease, what causes it, how to prevent it and effective strategies in managing it.
Led by a certified diabetes educator and a nutritionist, Diabetes 101 goes beyond what you can learn in a physician’s exam room to provide you with the insight and understanding you need to make meaningful changes in your health to reduce your risk of the disease or, if you have diabetes, to manage it in a way that reduces your risk for life-threatening complications.
This event will be hosted in Microsoft Teams. Once you register, you will receive a link to access online one day prior to the class.
Prior to the event, make sure your audio is working so that you can hear the presentation. PC users will need to use the Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome browser. Smartphone users will need to download the Microsoft Teams app prior to the event.
