Third-dose Pfizer Vaccine Clinic

The COVID-19 vaccine is the best way to protect yourself, your loved ones and your community.

Following the most recent CDC guidance, Tanner’s opening third-shot boosters to:

In order to receive a third-dose booster at this clinic, your second dose must have been on or before April 27, 2021.

Third-dose boosters have only been approved for the Pfizer vaccine. To ensure that you are eligible, visit the CDC page for booster eligibility.

If you received Moderna or the single-shot Johnson & Johnson, please wait for more information. These are pending approval for additional doses.

First- and second-dose vaccinations will also be available.

Please bring with you proof of age and residency (such as a driver’s license or ID card), as well as your vaccination record card.

How to register

Choose a time slot below for your registration.
After selecting a time slot, click "Check Out" to complete all required fields.
Once you complete your fields, click "Continue" to review your information.
Once you review, click "Confirm Registration."
If you registered successfully, you should immediately see an on-screen "receipt" and receive an email confirmation within approximately 15 minutes. To expedite your appointment check-in, please print and complete the registration form included in your confirmation email.
