The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Marcus Flowers, Marcus Flowers Exploratory Committee Limited, refunded $250 to Lee Gardner on April 28, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Marcus Flowers Exploratory Committee Limited has refunded $13,850 total since Nov. 1, 2020.
