Burke County High School recently issued the following announcement.
Happy New Year! We are excited to have students return to campus to begin the second semester! Just a reminder as we come back together, please remember that prevention is the best way to keep our students healthy!
5 Ways You Can Help:
If you are sick, please stay home!
Contact your doctor if you or your child have symptoms that could be Covid, flu, or other illnesses.
Notify the school nurse if your child tests positive for Covid, is a close contact with a positive Covid case, or has any other extended illness.
Wash your hands frequently
Social distance when possible and wear a mask in public areas.
