The Carroll County Emergency Management Agency's monthly scheduled test of its Emergency Warning Siren System scheduled for February 2nd at noon has been cancelled due to cloudy/rainy conditions. The next audible test will be March 2nd. Weekly silent tests will continue to be conducted.
