Sydney Goddard, former Heard County High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Friday, May 16 in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship

On Friday, May 16, former Heard County High School standout Sydney Goddard’s current collegiate team the Berry Vikings won 1-0 against the Transylvania Pioneers in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

The game took place at Lucinda Samford Cannon Softball Field at 1:30 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Transylvania Pioneers in the tournament.

The Berry Vikings’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 4:30 p.m. at Lucinda Samford Cannon Softball Field.
