Carl Scoggins Senior Middle School recently issued the following announcement.

Kindergarten Registration for the 2022-2023 school year will begin on February 28, 2022.  Make your appointment now by selecting 22-23 kindergarten registration for any date on or after February 28, 2022.  The earliest available appointment is February 28, 2022. 

There are three steps to complete the registration process:

1. Schedule an appointment
2. Complete the online application
3. Provide the required documents

Registration by appointment only.  To schedule an appointment, please click here. 

• Select 2022-2023 Kindergarten from the drop down menu on the left-hand side of the screen. 
• Select the date for the appointment then the time. All registrations are being processed virtually.  Parents/guardians WILL NOT come to Central Registration unless a notarized document is to be provided or use of a computer to complete the online application is needed.  Parents will only receive a phone call if more information is needed.  An appointment is needed to reserve a time for the online application to be processed. The online application must be completed and the required documents must be received by the appointment time.  A completion email may not be sent on the appointment date and time.  A completion email will be sent within a week of the registration being completed.
• Create an account or sign in if an account is already established then click the "Finalize Appointment" button.

 Once an appointment is scheduled, an online application must be completed.  The link for the online application is included at the bottom of the appointment confirmation email in red print.  Required documents should be uploaded in the online application.  PDF format is preferred.

  Select preferred language, select start new registration, enter parent's legal first name, last name, date of birth.  Select 22-23 for the registration year, and enter the combination of letters and numbers in the "Captcha" box. Click the blue box "Begin Registration".  A box will appear providing your online application number.  Click confirm.  Another box will appear.  Please enter the parent's legal name in the required box.  Click Submit.  An information window will appear.  Please read then click Begin.  The application must be completed in its entirety.  There is no save option to return later.  All required documents must be uploaded at this time as well.  The application MUST be completed and submitted before the reserved application processing time.
