277 students were enrolled in 12th grade in Heard County schools during 2022-23 school year

There were 277 12th grade students enrolled in Heard County schools in the 2022-23 school year, 13.4% less than the previous year, according to reports from the Georgia Department of Education.

Heard County High School was the only school in the county during the 2022-23 school year.

Within Heard County schools, the highest student count was found in kindergarten, with the smallest class sizes seen in sixth grade.

Statewide, Heard County ranked 108th in enrollment numbers, with a total of 4,083 students enrolled in the 2022-23 school year. It was ranked 110th the year before.
