Bremen City School District welcomed 2,281 students in 2022-23 school year

There were 2,281 students enrolled in Bremen City School District in the 2022-23 school year, 0.9% more than the previous year, according to reports from the Georgia Department of Education.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 52% of them were female, and 48% were male.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, representing 87% of the Bremen City School District's total enrollment.

Bremen City School District roughly covers four schools within Haralson County and has a main office in Bremen.

Among the four schools in Bremen City School District, Bremen High School recorded the highest enrollment of 741 students in the 2022-23 school year.

According to the Georgia Department of Education, over 1.6 million students were enrolled in Georgia's public schools during the 2021-22 school year. The state boasted a diverse and closely distributed student body across grade levels, with roughly 44% of the students in elementary, 24.5% in middle school, and 31.5% in high schools.

The state also registered an ethnically diverse student body, with 34.4% of the students identified as white, 36.5% as Black, 17.1% as Hispanic, and 4.5% as Asian.
